You agree to provide, upon request, clear copies or photographs of the following documents: Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, address, and photograph; recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months confirming your residential address; and a selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for facial verification purposes.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time for security purposes or to comply with regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in Account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds. Your Account will remain in a restricted state until verification is completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, write them down in accessible locations, or use easily guessable passwords. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
You agree to immediately notify vip999 customer support of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. vip999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials, whether or not you were aware of such unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account unless you can demonstrate that the breach resulted from our negligence or security failure.
You must ensure that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If you change your residential address, telephone number, or email address, you must update your Account profile immediately. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. You confirm that all funds deposited to your vip999 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount and/or deposit amount through eligible games before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. vip999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses or promotions, provided false information during registration or verification, violated any applicable laws or regulations, engaged in behavior that damages our reputation or business interests, or remained inactive for an extended period.
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your Account or Services. Any remaining balance in your Account, minus any amounts subject to dispute, wagering requirements, or bonus terms, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within thirty (30) days of termination. However, we reserve the right to withhold funds if termination was due to fraudulent activity or Terms violation.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Your Account will be closed within five (5) business days, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal according to our standard procedures. Closure does not absolve you of any obligations accrued prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
